1. Read something enjoyable.

2. Have a snack.

3. Go for a walk.

4. Watch your pet do silly things.

5. Listen to music.

6. Take a nap.

7. Let your thoughts wander.

8. Play a game.

9. Chat with a friend.

10. Take a deep breath, then let it and your frustrations out. They can wait.
