How to Stay Cool


1. Drink plenty of water.
2. Limit your time in direct sunlight, especially on super hot days.
3. Eat some ice cream.
4. Go swimming.
5. Relax in the shade.
6. Use a fan.
7. Avoid heavyweight clothes, or those in colors that attract the heat.
8. Stay inside during the hottest parts of the day.
9. Put your hair up, especially if it is really long or thick.
10. Avoid long periods of rigorous exercise.
